Regency Capital Partners (“RCP”) arranged fixed rate debt for the refinancing of this 171,679 square foot office building located in the heart of Sacramento, directly across the street from the California State Capitol Building. Built in 1924 as a world class hotel, the property was completely renovated in 1982 and transformed into a Class A office building. Despite the asset being owned in a tenancy-in-common and a very high loan per foot at the time, Regency Capital Partners was able to secure a 7-year, 78% loan to value, non-recourse loan for the Borrower.
