Regency Capital Partners (“RCP”) arranged the refinancing for this 143,695 square foot office building and four-story, 282-stall parking garage located in San Francisco's North Waterfront submarket. RCP was able to secure a 5-year, non-recourse loan which gave credit to the income produced by the parking garage, while also providing flexibility for the client to release the parking garage from the collateral if they were able to obtain permits to develop condominiums atop the parking structure in the future.
