Regency Capital Partners (RCP) arranged preferred equity and construction financing for the development of this 133,000 SF, Class A, LEED Platinum office building located in Redwood City. The Property will be a one-of-a-kind building providing tenants with premier office space just yards away from Caltrain and downtown Redwood City's amenities. Though a "spec" project, RCP generated a bidding competition, resulting in the Borrower's capital cost being significantly lower than their initial underwriting. RCP secured 5-year construction financing providing the Developer ample time to complete the project and sign tenants for the building.
