The Property will be the only recently completed industrial asset in the Napa and American Canyon markets that meets current requirements for Third Party Logistics Providers (3PLs) and corporate owner warehouses. RCP secured full leverage construction financing for the speculative development of the first phase of this 2.5 million square foot master plan logistics park.
