Regency Capital Partners (RCP) arranged $40,000,000 of joint-venture equity and $75,000,000 of non-recourse construction financing for the Borrower to acquire this 4.7 acre site in South San Jose. With the financing, the Borrower will develop 387 LEED Silver market rate units wrapped around a 5.6 tiered parking garage with 581 parking spaces. The project is one of the last multi-family development sites on the 330-acre Hitachi master plan in South San Jose.
