Regency Capital Partners (“RCP”) arranged the bridge and mezzanine financing for the acquisition of this 95,000 square foot, vacant, transit-oriented office building located in Moffett Park. RCP was able to secure a high leverage, non-recourse, financing strategy which would allow the Borrower to reposition the asset as a “first to lease building” in a strong, supply constrained submarket without the need for an institutional equity partner.
