Regency Capital Partners (“RCP”) has arranged the acquisition financing of the fee interest for this Class A, mixed-use property comprised of 87,852 square feet of office/medical office space, 47 luxury multifamily units, a 205-stall subterranean garage and street level retail anchored by Ruth’s Chris Steak House. The Borrower, who has owned the leasehold since 2001, engaged RCP to secure financing to acquire the underlying land, consolidate the ownership and provide cash out to the sponsorship.
