Regency Capital Partners (RCP) arranged the acquisition financing for this two-building, 108,000 sq. ft. R&D complex in Milpitas, CA. Built in 1982, the Property was 100% leased to two investment grade credit tenants. However, RCP faced challenges in the financing, including a significant free rent period for the largest tenant and required flexibility to potentially sell off one of the three buildings.
