Arranged first mortgage financing for Roddy Ranch, a 2,156 acre site located in unincorporated Contra Costa County, California. Despite the asset just recently emerging from bankruptcy, Regency Capital Partners was able to secure a 5-year, non-recourse, floating rate facility which provided the necessary funds for the borrower to obtain annexation into the city of Antioch, California and secure final maps and entitlements to develop 700 units of executive level housing on the property and sell off the 235-acre award winning golf course.
