Arranged fixed rate financing for the recapitalization of a 141,844 square foot office building and a four-story, 282-stall parking garage located in San Francisco's North Waterfront submarket. RCP was able to secure a 5-year, non-recourse securitized loan which gave credit to the income produced by the parking garage, while also providing flexibility for the client to release the parking garage from the collateral if they were able to obtain permits to develop condominiums atop the parking structure in the future.
