Mr. Kingsella manages the analysis, marketing and closing for all real estate debt and equity financings on behalf of Regency Capital Partners clients. In addition, Mr. Kingsella is responsible for developing close working relationships with the real estate lending and investment community.

Prior to joining Regency Capital Partners, Mr. Kingsella worked as an analyst with the CMBS group at ARCS Commercial Mortgage in San Francisco and with the Public Finance division of Seattle-Northwest Securities Corporation in Portland, Oregon. Mr. Kingsella is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and also serves on the board of the San Francisco Real Estate Exchange.

Mr. Kingsella graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies and Real Estate Development from Portland State University and is currently licensed by the State of California Department of Real Estate.
