Mr. Grausz has over fifteen years experience in the real estate industry. As Managing Director, he is responsible for business development and the placement of debt and equity capital for the firms' clients, management of company loan production, and formulation and maintenance of capital provider relationships. Prior to joining Regency Capital Partners, Mr. Grausz was Director of Capital Markets in the San Francisco Office of Cohen Financial where he closed over $1 billion of loans.

Mr. Grausz earned his MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of San Francisco with honors. He also received his BA degree in History from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. Mr. Grausz has a California Real Estate Brokers License, his series 22 and 63 licenses.

Memberships include past President of the Bay Area Mortgage Association (BAMA); International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); NAIOP; and the Self Storage Association.
