Mr. Geller brings more than 25 years of experience in banking and mortgage banking to Regency Capital Partners. As Director, he is responsible for business development and the placement of debt and equity capital for the firms’ clients and formulation and maintenance of capital provider relationships. Prior to joining Regency Capital Partners, Mr. Geller was a founding member of Optimum Realty Capital and successfully arranged financing for small to medium developers and borrowers involved in projects from $1,000,000 to $100,000,000 nationwide.

Mr. Geller graduated from San Diego State University, where he received a B.S. degree in Business Management. Mr. Geller also attended The School of Mortgage Banking at the University of Texas in Austin.

Mr. Geller has obtained licenses as a Real Estate Salesperson and a Series 7 Securities Broker. He is also the Chief Financial Officer for the Dixie Children’s Fund Organization, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that raises funds for northern San Rafael public schools.
